PoisePath is a working macOS prototype in controlled-beta preparation. The browser demonstration shows the microphone-to-transcript-to-answer loop with a visitor-supplied OpenAI key. The native app adds evidence grounding, selected-device audio capture, desktop window behavior, global controls, and macOS permissions.
Native builds are not yet offered as an unrestricted public download. This protects testers from receiving a build before setup guidance, audio routing, signing, and recovery paths are sufficiently verified.
Before installing
Invited testers should expect a guided setup and a mock-interview protocol rather than using the product first in a high-stakes interview.
- A supported Mac and current macOS version.
- Microphone permission for the selected input.
- Screen Recording permission only when using coding capture.
- A compatible audio-routing setup when testing interviewer audio.
- Agreement to use mock interviews or explicitly permitted assistance.
What you can explore now
The browser demonstration lets you test the basic microphone-to-transcript-to-answer loop with your own OpenAI key. It does not accept résumé evidence or project-status labels and is not the production platform. Evidence-grounded practice is part of the invitation-only native beta.
What remains before public release
The roadmap still requires real-world interviewer-audio verification, controlled mock sessions, repeated reliability evidence, production policy review, and live-billing readiness before a broader launch.
