Contact and support

The right support route is still being prepared.

PoisePath is not yet operating a public support inbox. This page explains what is available now and avoids sending sensitive material to an unverified address.

Current support stateControlled-beta testers receive a direct feedback route.

A public support address will be published only after ownership and handling procedures are verified.

macOS first evidence-grounded user-controlled permitted use only

The current beta is invitation based. Testers receive setup instructions and a direct feedback channel as part of the beta process.

The planned customer-support address is support@poisepath.com, but the mailbox has not yet been verified as active. Until verification is published here, use only the direct route supplied with a beta invitation.

For beta applications

The public beta application is available at poisepath.com/beta. It is for controlled-beta eligibility and platform interest, not support or sensitive interview content.

For beta testers

Use the direct channel included with your invitation. Do not include raw interview audio, transcript content, provider keys, payment information, or unrelated personal data in a report.

For account privacy requests

The authenticated application provides account export and permanent deletion controls. Use those product controls rather than sending identity documents or account data through an unverified contact route.

For security reports

Do not send exploit details or secrets until a dedicated security address is published. A verified disclosure route is a remaining launch task.

Questions, answered plainly.

Can I request beta access here?

Yes. Use the public beta application linked above. Applications are reviewed for a five-person Apple Silicon cohort and are not automatic invitations.

How do I delete my account?

Use the permanent deletion control in authenticated Settings.

When will public support open?

It is tied to controlled-beta operations rather than a fixed public date.
